01 — Acceptance
By using the Nectar Development website, bots, dashboards or Discord server, you agree to these terms. If you use Nectar on behalf of a community, you confirm you are authorised to bind that community.
02 — Eligibility
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your region and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Nectar.
03 — Acceptable use
Do not use Nectar to harass, spam, distribute malware, evade bans, scrape data at scale, or automate activity that violates Discord's rules. We may suspend access to any server or user that does.
04 — Service availability
Nectar is provided on an as-is basis during pre-launch. Features, limits and pricing may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the retention of beta configuration data.
05 — Intellectual property
The Nectar name, logo, software and documentation remain our property. You keep ownership of the content and configuration you create with Nectar.
06 — Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nectar Development is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or loss of community activity arising from use of the service.
07 — Termination
You may stop using Nectar at any time by removing our bots. We may terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
